My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Coping mechanisms are developed over the course of a lifetime, but not all of them still serve us. We will work together to maximize your healthy coping skills and minimize or replace your unhealthy ones so you can live your best life.
I believe good things happen when people connect:
Connect with who we truly are.
Connect with those we love.
Connect with something larger than ourselves
I am a clinical psychotherapist in Ridgefield, CT with a master's degree in Social Work, from Fordham University with a specialization in children and families. My practice focuses are anxiety/depression, self-esteem/empowerment, parenting, relationships, terminal illness and bereavement. I have a range of experience working with children and adults privately and in group settings as well as coaching in business settings. The age range I work with is adolescents and adults.
Regardless of the setting or challenge; how and why we humans do what we do to survive what life throws at us has been my life-long fascination.
I'm seeing people both virtually and in person. Contact me with questions or to set up an appointment!
